SEESPORTS Viewdata Giveaway

1.Promotion overview

This Promotion celebrates the return of the SEESPORTS Viewdata system in a nostalgic and fun way, recognising the heritage of the travel trade while rewarding agents who use it to make bookings.

Five prizes are available in total. Each prize is a £100 voucher for winners based in the UK or a €100 voucher for winners based in the Republic of Ireland, subject to the winner's trading location and currency availability.

2.Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Registered SEESPORTS travel trade partners.
• Agents trading in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
• Individuals aged 18 years or over.

The following are excluded:

• Employees, officers, contractors and agents of SEESPORTS Ltd.
• Their immediate families.
• Anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

SEESPORTS may require proof of eligibility at any time and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide satisfactory evidence.

3.Entry requirements

Entry is automatic and free. No separate registration or entry form is required.

To qualify for entry, a booking must:

• Be a genuine SEESPORTS package booking.
• Be made through the SEESPORTS Viewdata system.
• Be fully confirmed during the Promotional Period.
• Not be cancelled before the winner announcement date.

Each qualifying booking counts as one entry. Multiple qualifying bookings are permitted, provided each booking is separate and valid.

4.Promotional period

The Promotion opens when the SEESPORTS Viewdata system goes live in June 2026 and closes at 17:00 BST on 30 June 2026.

Only bookings fully completed within the Promotional Period will qualify for entry. Any booking submitted after the closing time will not be included.

5.Cancellation and invalid entries

Bookings that are made during the Promotional Period and subsequently cancelled before the winner announcement on 3 July 2026 will be excluded from the draw.

In addition, SEESPORTS reserves the right to exclude any booking that is:

• Cancelled.
• Refunded.
• Amended so that it no longer qualifies.
• Found to be duplicated, fraudulent, speculative or otherwise invalid.

If a booking is part-paid, reversed, or otherwise not retained as a valid confirmed booking by the announcement date, SEESPORTS may treat it as ineligible.

6.Prize

Five winners will each receive one prize of:

• £100 voucher, for eligible UK winners; or
• €100 voucher, for eligible Republic of Ireland winners.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be sold, assigned, or substituted by the winner.
• May be substituted by SEESPORTS for an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

No responsibility is accepted for any tax, levy or other charges arising from the receipt or use of the prize, where applicable.

7.Winner selection

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place on or shortly after 3 July 2026. SEESPORTS may conduct the draw itself or through an independent member of the team acting fairly and reasonably.

The decision of SEESPORTS is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

8.Winner notification

Winners will be notified using the contact details held on their agency account or booking record.

Winners may be required to confirm:

• Their identity.
• Their agency details.
• Their eligibility.
• Their acceptance of the prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, does not respond, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, SEESPORTS reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9.Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that SEESPORTS may announce their agency name and/or general location in connection with the Promotion, unless the winner objects in writing.

Any additional publicity will only be carried out with the winner's consent, where required by law.

10.Data protection

SEESPORTS will process personal data collected in connection with this Promotion for the purpose of administering the draw, contacting winners, and fulfilling the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with SEESPORTS' privacy policy and applicable data protection law. Data will not be used for unrelated purposes without consent, unless there is another lawful basis to do so.

11.General

SEESPORTS reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of any booking or entry.
• Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspend, modify, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Correct any typographical or administrative error.

SEESPORTS will not be responsible for any technical issues, system failures, network interruptions, or other circumstances outside its control that affect entry or winner notification, provided such issues do not arise from SEESPORTS' negligence.

12.Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law or mandatory local law provides otherwise.
