Booking Terms & Conditions
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of your contract with SEESPORTS LTD trading as SEESPORTS ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Northern Ireland (Company Registration Number NI609663), with its registered address at 41 Cairndore Way, Newtownards, BT23 8PB.
By making a booking with us, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that: (a) they have read these Terms and have the authority to and do agree to be bound by them; (b) they consent to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data such as information on health conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements; (c) they are over 18 years of age and, where placing an order for services with age restrictions, confirm that all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services; and (d) they accept financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with a booking. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time your booking is confirmed in writing will apply to your contract.
Regulatory Status
SEESPORTS LTD is a package travel organiser operating in compliance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (UK) and, for customers in the Republic of Ireland, the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995 (as amended). All customer monies are held in a secure trust account with full financial protection - see clause 3 and our Financial Protection documentation for full details.
1. Making a Booking
1.1 The first named person on the booking ("party leader") must: (a) be authorised to make the booking on behalf of all persons named, and where any traveller is under 18, must have the written authority of that person's parent or guardian; (b) be at least 18 years old; and (c) accept full responsibility for all payments due on behalf of all persons on the booking.
1.2 Bookings may be made directly via our website, by telephone, by email, or through an authorised travel agent. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking request prior to issuing a booking confirmation and, where applicable, will refund any monies paid in full.
1.3 No binding contract exists between you and SEESPORTS until we have issued you with written confirmation of your booking. Confirmation will be sent to you or your travel agent by email or post. Upon receipt, you must check all details carefully and advise us of any inaccuracies within 48 hours. A signed copy is not required - completing an online booking, providing payment details, or confirming a telesales booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.4 Some bookings may be accepted on a request or provisional basis, where we must first confirm availability with our suppliers. In such cases, no binding contract exists until we issue a formal written booking confirmation. Any deposit or payment taken at the time of a provisional or request booking will be refunded in full if we are unable to confirm the booking.
1.5 You are booking attendance at a specific sporting event, not a guaranteed date or kick-off time. If the event date, time, or venue changes, your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled event on the same terms. No refund will be issued unless we receive one from the organiser, in which case it will be passed on to you. We will aim to maintain the same hotel and package price wherever possible.
1.6 Do not book non-changeable or non-refundable independent travel (e.g. flights or rail tickets) until all event timings have been officially confirmed by the organiser. Kick-off times and schedules may change due to TV scheduling, competition requirements, or regulatory instruction. SEESPORTS accepts no liability for any costs incurred as a result of such changes.
1.7 We may terminate any booking without refund if your conduct, or that of any member of your party, is deemed to endanger the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of others, or is in breach of these Terms or our Guest Compliance Charter.
1.8 All bookings are subject to the minimum age requirements of the specific event, venue, or stadium. It is the party leader's responsibility to ensure all travellers meet any applicable age restrictions prior to travel.
2. Client Obligations
2.1 You must check all booking confirmations, invoices, tickets, and other documentation immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing of any errors or inaccuracies within 48 hours. It may harm your rights if inaccuracies are not reported promptly. SEESPORTS cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from errors not reported within this period.
2.2 All names on your booking must exactly match each traveller's valid passport or government-issued photo identification. Obtaining all necessary travel documents - including passports, visas, entry permits, and health documentation - is your sole responsibility. Requirements can and do change; you must check with the relevant embassies, consulates, and your own doctor as applicable. SEESPORTS accepts no liability for any refusal of entry, deportation, or associated costs arising from a failure to comply.
2.3 Most countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date. It is your responsibility to check and satisfy all passport validity requirements applicable to your destination and nationality.
2.4 You are responsible for reviewing current official travel advice prior to booking and prior to travel. UK customers should consult the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. Republic of Ireland customers should consult the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at dfa.ie/travel. We strongly advise against travelling to any destination for which the FCDO or DFA has issued an advisory against all travel or all but essential travel. Travel insurance may be invalidated if you travel against such advice.
2.5 You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party are aware of and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Guest Compliance Charter prior to travel.
2.6 You agree to reimburse us in relation to any fines, penalties, or other losses which SEESPORTS incurs as a direct result of your failure to comply with any passport, visa, immigration, or health formality requirements.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking, unless a deposit option is expressly indicated at the time of booking or agreed with us in writing.
3.2 Where a deposit option is indicated, the specified deposit amount must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date stated in your booking confirmation. If we do not receive the full balance by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you, in which case we shall retain the deposit paid and cancellation charges may apply in accordance with clause 7.
3.3 Where a reduced or low deposit option has been taken, and you subsequently cancel your booking, you will be required to pay the remainder of the full standard deposit amount before any further cancellation charges are calculated. This requirement exists because SEESPORTS incurs costs upon confirmation of your booking regardless of the deposit level paid. The total deposit liability will not exceed the full standard deposit amount specified for your booking.
3.4 UK customers: all payments must be made in pounds sterling (£) to the SEESPORTS LTD (GBP) Trust Account, operated in accordance with Travel Trust Association scheme rules.
3.5 Republic of Ireland customers: all payments must be made in euro (€) to the SEESPORTS LTD (Euro) Trust Account, with full financial protection in accordance with the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995 (as amended).
3.6 Payments made through a travel agent must be directed to that agent, who holds responsibility for remitting funds to SEESPORTS in accordance with their agency agreement. SEESPORTS is not responsible for any delays in processing caused by an agent.
3.7 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors in advertised or confirmed bookings. You will be notified of any correction before we proceed, and you will have the option to accept the corrected price or cancel without charge.
4. Event Tickets
4.1 All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and valid only for your booked selection. The re-sale or transfer of tickets to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided or cancelled without refund.
4.2 For customers booking events in the Republic of Ireland, all football match tickets are supplied in compliance with the Sale of Tickets (Sporting and Cultural Events) Act 2021.
4.3 We will attempt to seat all members of your party together, but this cannot be guaranteed. Seating is allocated by the venue and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
4.4 All tickets are for the home supporters' section only. Away colours, flags, signs, or open support for the away team are strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from the venue without refund or replacement ticket.
4.5 Admission to any event is ultimately controlled by the event organiser, venue officials, or, in some instances, the police. SEESPORTS' responsibility is limited to the provision of a ticket. We cannot guarantee admission to any event.
4.6 Tickets may be supplied in paper, e-ticket, or mobile format as determined by the organiser or venue. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct format for entry. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or unreadable tickets cannot be replaced and will not be refunded.
4.7 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets once delivered to you.
4.8 Where transport or accommodation is included as part of a ticket booking, those package components must be used solely in connection with attendance at the event. Failure to use included package components may result in the associated ticket being withheld, voided, or cancelled without refund.
4.9 You must comply with all ground regulations, codes of conduct, and any instructions issued by venue staff, stewards, security, or police. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable may result in refusal of entry or ejection, without refund. Security at some events may be strict - please allow sufficient time for entry procedures.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Event dates, times, and venues may change at any time and without prior notice to SEESPORTS. It is your responsibility to check for updates via the official event website and your booking confirmation.
5.2 If an event is rescheduled, your booking will transfer to the new date. Refunds will only be given if we receive one from the organiser, and any refund received will be passed on to you in full.
5.3 If the event is cancelled outright by the organiser, any refund received from the organiser will be credited to your account or refunded to your original payment method. SEESPORTS will not be liable for any amounts beyond those refunded to us by the organiser.
5.4 Refunds for hotel and ancillary package components will be subject to the relevant supplier's terms and conditions. Where possible, SEESPORTS will work with suppliers to minimise any non-recoverable costs on your behalf.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable or obliged to provide refunds for events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure"), the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Force majeure events include but are not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather, fire, earthquakes, floods, or volcanic eruptions
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by national or international authorities
- War, civil unrest, terrorism, riots, insurrection, or hostile military action and the threat thereof
- Nuclear, chemical, or biological contamination or disaster
- Strikes, industrial action, lock closures, or labour disputes affecting transport or venue operations
- Supplier insolvency or withdrawal of services by third-party providers
- Legislative action, government sanctions, or restrictions on travel or public gatherings
- Technical failures, cyber-attacks, or unavoidable infrastructure failures beyond our control
Refunds will only be provided if we receive them from the relevant organiser or supplier. We are not obliged to provide compensation for indirect losses, additional costs, or consequential damages arising from a force majeure event.
7. Name Changes, Cancellations & Amendments
7.1 Any request to amend a booking must be submitted in writing by the party leader to us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated. All changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
7.2 Name changes are permitted up to 14 days before the event, subject to: (a) supplier approval; (b) an administration fee of £30 (GBP) or €30 (EUR) per person per change, as applicable to your booking currency; and (c) payment of any additional costs levied by the supplier. No name changes will be accepted within 7 days of the event.
7.3 Transfer of booking: if a member of your party is prevented from travelling, their place may be transferred to another person, subject to: (a) the replacement person satisfying all conditions applicable to the booking; (b) written notification to us not less than 14 days before the event; (c) payment of the administration fee per person transferring, plus any additional costs arising from the transfer; and (d) the replacement person accepting these Terms in full. You and the replacement person remain jointly liable for all sums due.
7.4 Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader to us in writing. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive it in writing. Since we incur costs upon confirming your booking, the following cancellation charges apply as a percentage of the total booking value:
7.5 Where a reduced or low deposit has been paid and you cancel, the remainder of the full standard deposit will become payable before any further cancellation charges are calculated, in accordance with clause 3.3.
7.6 Should one or more members of a party cancel, this may increase the per-person price for those still travelling, and you will be liable to pay this increase.
7.7 Cancellation due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances: you have the right to cancel your confirmed booking without paying cancellation charges in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at or immediately surrounding your destination that significantly affect the performance of your package or your ability to reach it. This right applies where the FCDO (UK customers) or DFA (Republic of Ireland customers) advises against travel to your destination. In such circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid to SEESPORTS, but we will not be liable to pay any additional compensation.
7.8 Comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover is strongly recommended from the date of booking. SEESPORTS does not sell insurance and is not responsible for arranging cover on your behalf.
8. Travel & Event Insurance
8.1 Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your booking with us. You must ensure your policy fully covers all personal requirements including cancellation charges, medical expenses, repatriation in the event of accident or illness, personal liability, and loss or theft of personal belongings. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, SEESPORTS will not be liable for any losses arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
8.2 SEESPORTS does not sell, arrange, or recommend specific insurance products. You are solely responsible for ensuring your policy is adequate and appropriate for your circumstances, including any pre-existing medical conditions.
9. Special Requests
9.1 If you have any special request (e.g. dietary requirements, accessibility needs, room preferences, or seating requirements at an event), you must advise us in writing at the time of booking. Whilst we will endeavour to pass all reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we cannot guarantee that any request will be met unless we have specifically confirmed this to you in writing.
9.2 Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed to a supplier does not constitute confirmation that it will be fulfilled. We cannot accept any conditional bookings - all bookings are treated as standard bookings subject to the above provisions.
10. Disabilities & Medical Requirements
10.1 If you or any member of your party has a medical condition, disability, or reduced mobility that may affect your booking or participation in any element of the trip, you must provide us with full details in writing at the time of booking so that we can advise on the suitability of your chosen arrangements.
10.2 We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate specific needs. If, acting reasonably, we are unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person(s) concerned, we reserve the right not to confirm the booking, or to cancel it where full details were not disclosed at the time of booking, with applicable cancellation charges waived in such circumstances.
11. Telesales Reservations
11.1 Telesales bookings are provisional until confirmed by us in writing. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding contract.
11.2 Where a booking is made on your behalf by a travel agent via telephone, the agent acts as your representative and you are bound by any agreement made on your behalf.
12. Excursions & Independent Activities
Any excursions, activities, or services that you choose to book or pay for independently during your trip - and which do not form part of your confirmed SEESPORTS booking - are not part of your contract with us. Your contract for any such arrangement is with the operator or provider directly, and SEESPORTS accepts no responsibility for the provision of those services or for anything that happens in the course of their provision.
13. Conditions of Suppliers
Many of the services that make up your booking are provided by independent third-party suppliers including hotels, venues, transport operators, and ticketing agents. Those suppliers provide their services in accordance with their own terms and conditions, which form part of your contract with us. Some of those terms may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of relevant supplier terms are available on request.
14. Data Protection & Personal Information
14.1 SEESPORTS is committed to handling all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and, for customers in the Republic of Ireland, EU GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 2018 as enacted in Irish law. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our legal documentation and is available at seesports.co.uk.
14.2 By making a booking, you consent to SEESPORTS processing the personal data of all persons named on the booking for the purposes of administering your booking, communicating with you, and fulfilling our contractual obligations to you. The party leader confirms they are authorised to provide personal data on behalf of all other members of the booking party, and that those persons have been informed of and consent to their data being shared with SEESPORTS for these purposes.
14.3 In order to fulfil your booking, we will share relevant personal data with third-party suppliers including hotels, venues, transport operators, and ticketing agents, only to the extent strictly necessary to deliver your package. All such suppliers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Where data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards - including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms - are in place.
14.4 Where you provide us with special category data - such as information about health conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements - this will be processed solely for the purpose of accommodating your specific needs and will not be used for any other purpose.
14.5 You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have any data protection queries, please contact us. Full details of your rights and how to exercise them are set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Complaints
15.1 Any issues during your trip must be reported to us immediately and to the relevant supplier so that we can attempt to resolve them at the time. Failure to report an issue during travel may affect your ability to make a subsequent claim.
15.2 If the matter is not resolved during your trip, a formal written complaint must be submitted to us in writing within 28 days of the event or your return. Complaints received after this period may not be considered. Please include your booking reference and all relevant information.
15.3 We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Travel Trust Association may act as an independent intermediary.

16. Promotional Offers
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, varied, or extended at any time without notice. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly stated.
17. Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
17.2 For customers resident in the Republic of Ireland, SEESPORTS operates in compliance with the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995 (as amended). Any contractual disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may hold under Irish consumer law.
17.3 If you reside in Scotland or another jurisdiction within the United Kingdom, proceedings may be brought in the courts of your home country if you prefer, and the law of that jurisdiction may apply if you so choose.
18. Termination
We may terminate any booking or refuse service for breach of these Terms, improper conduct, or failure to make payment on time. Where termination is due to conduct in breach of clause 1.7 or our Guest Compliance Charter, no refund will be issued.
19. Liability
19.1 We are responsible for supplying your package as booked and confirmed. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or additional expense caused by the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transport providers, venues, or ticketing agents.
19.2 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.
19.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEESPORTS' aggregate liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
19.4 We cannot accept liability for any damage, loss, or expense which we could not have foreseen based on the information provided to us at the time of booking, nor for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
20. Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and SEESPORTS, the Travel Trust Association may act as an independent intermediary. This does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer law.
TTA
Travel Trust Association, 2 Crown Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HR
21. Accuracy of Information
We take care to ensure accuracy in all advertising and booking documentation but cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing and other details at any time. You should verify all important details with us before completing your booking. If you identify any discrepancy in documentation received, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
22. Minimum Numbers
Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the tour and refund all amounts paid to SEESPORTS in full. We are not responsible for any costs independently incurred, including flights or accommodation booked outside your SEESPORTS package. Where applicable, we will notify you of a cancellation on minimum numbers grounds as early as reasonably possible.
23. Live Desk - Third-Party Messaging Disclaimer
23.1 SEESPORTS operates a live chat and messaging service ("Live Desk") on its website and platforms. Live Desk is powered by third-party technology vendors and may incorporate automated responses, AI-assisted messaging, or human agents operating on behalf of SEESPORTS.
23.2 Any advice, information, or guidance provided through Live Desk is for general assistance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. It should not be relied upon as a definitive statement of your booking terms, entitlements, or contractual rights.
23.3 In the event of any inconsistency between information provided via Live Desk and these Terms or a written confirmation issued by SEESPORTS, these Terms and our written confirmation shall prevail in all cases.
23.4 SEESPORTS is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or errors arising from the third-party systems that power Live Desk. If Live Desk is unavailable, please contact us directly.
23.5 Conversations conducted via Live Desk may be recorded and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Live Desk, you consent to such recording for quality assurance and training purposes.
24. Health & Safety Requirements
You must comply with any stadium, venue, or event health and safety rules, including any public health measures in force at the time of travel. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund. Any specific health or mobility requirements must be disclosed to SEESPORTS at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.
